Stuart Arnett
MANAGING PARTNER
As the Managing Partner of the ADG® LLC, Stuart leads planning and development services, and project implementation for communities, nonprofits, higher-education and business.
Stuart is a founding member and Manager of the Better Future Alliance® LLC, created to help communities redevelop key municipal properties. He served for two terms, under three Governors, as the Director of Economic Development for the State of New Hampshire, the state’s economic policy, business advocacy and outreach service. He has served on the Board of the Community Development Finance Authority and the Boston Federal Reserve Community Development Advisory Group. Stuart was also the Director of Development and Planning for the City of Claremont. During his tenure, the Development Authority’s net worth grew by more than 400%, while the city’s tax rate dropped for seven consecutive years.
