ADG Solution

Commissioned to conduct a Market Analysis to better understand the risks and benefits of upgrading the Town’s infrastructure. Working closely with the Town Planner and the Committee ADG. identified three potential development strategies: • Low Risk–No Improvement Option • Medium Risk–Moderate Improvements $12m cap • High Risk–Full Infrastructure Improvements $18m cap. As a result, the Town subsequently commissioned ADG to develop a Tax Incremental Financing District (TIF) within the Route 108 commercial district.
