ADG’s assessment concluded that the planned East Coast Greenway bikeway (running from Maine to Florida) held the greatest promise for stimulating growth throughout the six towns. In making its recommendations, the review noted that in addition to furthering NH’s tourist efforts – the bikeway would create an ideal environment for small businesses to locate and could help stimulate the redevelopment of up twenty abandoned or underperforming properties.
